How can I make a custom order?
E-mail or phone us and we’ll set up a meeting. If you can’t come over, no worries! we can design your set, for instance, by e-mail. When we have your dream drum set figured out, I will tap out an order confirmation and a prepayment invoice. You may also check out our online shop or offers from our partnered dealers near you.
Do you make add on drums?
Yes! You can get add-on drums for your TRS kit. Whether it’s a soprano snare, timbales, octobans, or a Gong drum to extend your setup, or maybe it’s something else. We can customize the add-on just for you. Just let us know your wishes, and we’ll make it happen!
Can you make ______?
We love a challenge! Tell us about your dream kit, snare, or percussion setup – we can handle almost anything. Even if your vision is a little outside the box, we’ll work with you to find the perfect solution
Can I order a custom bass drum head?

Do you sell through dealers?
Yes! However, our dealers and product availability may vary. Feel free to reach out to ask about dealers near you.
Do you refurbish drums?
Yes! We can bring vintage drums back to life with expert restoration, refinishing, and repairs. Our deep knowledge of drum history and materials ensures your kit retains its original charm while delivering incredible sound and durability.
Finance & Payments
Typically a 50% deposit is required on all TRS Custom Drums orders after your quote is confirmed and before we begin building your drum. We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, certified check, or money order.

What's your Turnaround time?
Our turnaround time varies depending on the complexity of your order. A custom snare typically takes less time than a full drum kit. Our target delivery window is 4-12 weeks from order confirmation. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process, and you’ll have direct contact with our drumsmiths should any adjustments be needed.
Shipping
We offer shipping on most items primarily within Canada and can accommodate international orders upon special request. For accurate shipping costs, please contact us directly. Contact us for a quote or to locate a dealer near you. Prefer to pick up your order? You’re welcome to collect it directly from our facility.
Visiting the shop
We always enjoy meeting fellow drum enthusiasts. Just give us a call beforehand so we know you’re coming. Our workshop is located in Newmarket, Ontario, about 40km north of Toronto.
